The Opportunity

Your new role as an Administrator HSE Reporting and Applications would revolve around accurate and timely reporting of data as you proactively support the Safety, Compliance and Operational initiatives of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop effective record management and control, including maintaining, documenting and amending data, in compliance with internal systems and external regulatory processes
  • Assist in the administering of systems with a range of safety reporting / data analysis-related administration functions
  • Coordination, filing and administration of all regulatory reports and Incident Investigations
  • Being a central contact for issues and queries raised by Pacific National businesses, regulators as well as the general coding of supplier purchase orders / invoices


About You

As an integral member for the safety team you will have:

  • Experience of working in an audit and/or compliance environment
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint and creating innovative presentational material
  • High levels attention to detail, ability to prioritise and analysing skills
  • Being safety conscious with awareness of critical deadlines
  • Confident at devising data for documenting data in a highly accurate and concise manner
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with excellent verbal and written communication skills
