The Opportunity

The Asset & Infrastructure Services Team is responsible for ensuring Pacific National's asset base remains safe, sustainable, efficient and reliable.  Through project management capability, the team manages the investment in new infrastructure, rolling stock, plant & equipment and major periodic maintenance of existing assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects with all client expectations met.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy across Sydney metro as well as regional NSW.
  • Managing the planning and execution of engineering, procurement and construction activities.
  • Stakeholder management between the project and the client, contractors and external parties.
  • Support senior leaders and deliver significant value and benefit to the business.

About you

With a background in rail, construction, general civil or project consultancy, you have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end, multi-million dollar infrastructure projects. You are consultative with a keen business sense and can present to senior stakeholders. Your engaging approach and ability to build relationships at all levels, as well as remotely managing personnel across different sites is essential. Expertise at the front end project phases is highly desirable.
