We may disclose your personal information to the NSW Environmental Protection Authority, South Australian Environmental Protection Authority, another Environmental Protection Authority in an Australian state or territory or to the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We may also disclose your personal information to our related bodies corporate or third party service providers however, where possible, we will ensure that this information is de-identified. Where the information cannot be de-identified our related bodies corporate or third party service providers will only have access to the information for the purpose of responding to query or feedback, improving our business operations and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and must not use your personal information for their own purposes.
