Patrick Induction

If you are a contractor working with Patrick or need to complete an induction to access a Patrick site, visit onlineinduction.com/patrick to complete your online induction program (username / password required).

Patrick inductions for ex-Mountain Industries sites

Site inductions

  • Registration and completion of inductions can be done here prior to site visits.
  • When arriving onsite just logon at the Inductions Computer by entering your surname and registration code.
  • Inductions are valid for twelve months, after which they must be renewed for further site visits.
  • Inductions are available for accompanied visitors and contractors at the Head Office site at Kooragang and other major sites Australia-wide.
  • Complete the site induction

Driver inductions

  • Drivers are required to complete inductions that are appropriate for the companies for which they are carrying goods.
  • These inductions are valid for twelve months and can be renewed online at any time prior to the expiration date.
  • A tag is issued on completion of this induction and must be carried at all times when carrying goods and be available for inspection.
  • Complete the driver induction

Patrick employee inductions

These inductions are only available on the Patrick network and are specifically for the induction of Patrick employees.

Pacific National Rail Terminal Induction

This induction will be in two parts, a general induction and site specific induction.

This is a Web based induction and you must provide your own access to the internet.

Before you begin the induction, you must contact the Customer Service Centre representative in your state to obtain a login and password to enter the induction.

At this point, you will be required to provide your full name and driver's license number for future verification purposes.

Upon your successful completion of the tow part induction, you will be requried to contact the terminal's Customer Service Centre in your state to arrange your photo ID / induction card and PIN. you will then be accredited to enter that specific terminal only.

The person who successfully undertakes this induction is responsible for ensuring that all details provided to Pacific National are true and corret and they are the person undertaking this induction.
