Get started with myConnect
- Download the app
- Apple iPhone or iPad – go to myConnectgolive.com and follow the instructions (you will need to amend your device settings before you can open the app: Settings > General > Profile or Device Management > Asciano > Trust)
- Android smartphone or tablet – download the app from Google Play Store
- PC, Mac and any other (mobile) device – go to myConnect.asciano.com.au
- Log in
- Use your current email address and password to log in to the app when prompted
- People who don’t have an email address can get login details from their myConnect Ambassador or (HR) manager
- myConnect will work on most current devices (including iPad Air 2, iPhone 5s, 6, 6+, 6s+, Samsung Galaxy S5, S6, S6 Edge, and Google Nexus 9)
- If you can't download the app, or are experiencing problems, please log in to the web version of myConnect at myConnect.asciano.com.au.
