Pacific National has much to contribute and much to gain, from investing fully in advancing reconciliation in the cities, towns, communities, and all places in between in which we operate. We aspire to build stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and organisations and to develop strategies that increase our understanding and recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
The launch of Pacific National’s first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a milestone for our organisation as it outlines our commitment to Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and provides a framework for our business to influence and support the national reconciliation movement. At its heart, reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians.
The Pacific National Approach, or our PNA, sets out what is important to us, what we stand for and how we behave – it is our DNA and the essence of Pacific National and underpins our approach to our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
The Pacific National Reflect RAP for 2022 – 2023 is our roadmap for initiating our reconciliation journey and outlines our commitment to action focusing on a range of areas such as:
Our reconciliation journey has just begun and with our broad geographical reach and strong connections with customers and suppliers, we are well placed to accelerate it. Led by the Inclusion and Diversity team and with the support of our people, our RAP commitments will be implemented over the next 24 months.

Pacific National acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
