Environmental Compliance Reporting

We care more

Pacific National is required to provide Environmental Compliance Reporting due to the nature of our business, for the assets we operate and for some of the locations we perform business from.

Our reports provide transparency to the broader community about our compliance activities and demonstrate our care for the communities and environments in which we operate.

NSW Environment Protection Licence 21108

Pacific National is licenced for waste storage operations at Sydney Freight Terminal by EPL 21108. The Pollution Incident Response Management Plan relates to activities and operations within Sydney Freight Terminal.

Greta Train Support Facility Biodiversity Offset

With the construction of the Greta Train Support Facility, Pacific National participated in the Federal Government and NSW Biobanking scheme which offsets the land clearing associated with the development by conserving areas of similar habitat. Under the Federal approval, Pacific National is required to publish commitments and annual reports relating to the Biodiversity assessment.

St Marys Freight Hub

The St Marys Freight Hub services major retail distribution centres and warehouses across Greater Western Sydney, including major industrial estates in Eastern Creek, Marsden Park, Wetherill Park and Erskine Park. Containerised freight now moves via rail from Port Botany to St Marys saving tens of thousands of truck kilometres annually. By transporting goods on rail, St Marys Freight Hub means fewer trucks on Sydney’s roads, easing traffic congestion, improving safety and reducing emissions.
